1. Double 12 ProTime I ready for first milking. Modules are 53" wide (4" wider than normal HerringBones) to accommodate 1,800+ lbs cows.
2. Brisket Bar in indexed position.

4. Stainless Gutter, Curbing and Grates are one welded unit. Grates made from 3/4' x 3/4" bars
5A & 5B. Air-powered CIP -Cup Holders - Now you see them - Then you don't.
6. Model SB All-Stainless Arm TakeOffs; Controlled by air pressure - no PC boards, switches, relays, wires or lights what-so-ever.
7. Top Outlet Claw removes milk from fast milking cows better than any other claw.
8. Heritage CIP / Receiver All-in-One Group with Standby VSD and Milk Pump.
9. All-Stainless Crowd Gate - Operates without electricity;
Compressed Air only. With manure scraper.
10. (2) All-stainless Cylinders lift the gate for the return trip over head of the cows.

Quite a History...
1) Parlor was originally installed as a dbl. 24 in 1993, together with a complete AfiMilk Computerized Dairy Management System, Model MM 85
2) In 2004 owner expanded the parlor to dbl. 40, traded the Afi MM95 for Afi Advanced, upgraded two Receiver Groups with a Germania Receive-All System and exchanged the 3" for 4" Lo-Lines
3) In 2006 they installed a 55-stall rotary parlor and shut the dbl. 40 down, except for the dbl. 16 closest to the holding pen, which is now used for the hospital cows.
4) Out of the remaining dbl. 24 a dbl.14 is sold, leaving a dbl. 10 We have sufficient materials in inventory to assemble a dbl. 12
5) Entire Afi System has been sold, although both New! and Remanufactured Afi Systems are available out of current TechForAg inventory
