History

Parlor installed in 1999 - milked from 800 to 1500 cows 3x until late 2008.

Dairy continued to grow. Changed over to a DeLaval/Germania/AfiMilk Rotary in late 2008. Dbl. 20 initially intended to become hospital barn, but no longer needed.

Same parlor bought new today would cost about $725,000, delivered and installed.
You Can Acquire this Parlor -

...two ways:

1. 'As-Is’ directly from the owner Andy Heer 715-651-1493, negotiate the best price you can, then remove and re-install it yourself - $250,000.

2.Remanufactured by TechForAg  - $398,500, includes all items shown as New above. By the time you get it, parlor looks like new and works like new, covered by an 18-months Warranty. Includes comprehensive Spare Parts Inventory, enough for 2 to 3 years.

Delivery

Removal of parlor will take one week. Remanufacturing about 6 weeks. Installing it at your place and reconnecting all lines, plus installing the vacuum system, compressed air system, crowd gate and CIP Receiver Group - about three weeks. Delivery also depends on other projects ahead of yours in the production schedule.

Parlor will be Modularized, delivered and installed on your prepared cow platforms in about 7 working days.

Cost of delivery to a location anywhere East of the Mississippi and West of a line from Toronto to Jacksonville, FL included.

We can also deliver this parlor everywhere else for somewhat  higher freight and on-site installation charges.
