History

This parlor was carved out of a double 40 we bought in Idaho some years ago. Sold as a dbl. 6 Hospital Barn to a dairyman in Michigan, who reneged on the contract at the last minute.

Florence Reisgies bought it as an investment in 2007 and rented it to a young dairyman in Westfield, WI. who started dairying from scratch with 90 cows. He did not succeed and the  parlor was removed in early 2009..

Now expanded to double 8, it's available for inspection any day of the week. Bring a trailer along and haul it home - it's 34 ft long.

Aren’t outlets supposed to be
at the bottom? Long story ...Brisket Bar in normal position. Cows walk into a wide open parlor - no ‘cage’ to walk into.
Also, not easy for heifers to get out because there’s nothing to start climbing up on.Brisket Bar in indexed position with a range up to 14”. Indexing is flexible, moving cows backward with soft air pressure - you determine how much.
This is a Rapid Exit Brisket Bar (Sorry,no picture). Brisket Bar goes straight up, powered by an internal air cylinder.‘Module Base’ constructed from 2” x4” tubing with stainless gutter on the left. With parlor in place you fill the four ‘cells’ with concrete.Triangular Entrance Gate. Cows crowd behind traditional two dimensional gates, while they are waiting for their turn.Air-Power operated Cow Traffic System. Six buttons in each corner of the parlor to minimize walking distance
(Entrance Gate open - close, Indexing in - out and Rapid Exit up - down. All cylinders made from stainless, speeds are easy to control.All-stainless Grates, Gutter and Curbing. Grates made from bars 3/4” wide, 3 times as wide as common galvanized grate bars. Assembly is welded and provides strength to the Module Base.
