2) In 2004 owner expanded the parlor to dbl. 40, traded the Afi MM85 for Afi Advanced, upgraded two Receiver Groups with a Germania Receive-All System and exchanged the 3" for 4" Lo-Lines

3) In 2006 they installed a 55-stall rotary parlor and shut the dbl. 40 down, except for the dbl.16 closest to the holding pen, which they are now using for the hospital cows.

Like to see this parlor in action?

We recorded this parlor  twice - once in 1996 and then again in 1998 when we declared it

'Parlor of the Year'

Operated by just one milker, production came in at 5,371lbs/manhr. Only one milker in the pit at a time, operating 48 machines and milking close to 1,400 cows in 7 hours. He set a world record that still stands to this very day. No one else has come close in the 12 years since. . .
Not to worry about 'the poor milker' - inside and outside guys were both trained as milkers. One man in pit milked for only 3 1/2 hrs when he switched jobs with the outside man.

What's wrong with going all out for 3 1/2 hrs every 24 hrs?                             Free DVD
