History

This Parlor is identical  # 117, # 118, # 119 and # 120 but reconfigured as a dbl. 8. Per stall cost is somewhat higher since the costs of the support systems are spread over fewer units.

Parlor installed in 1996 - milked from 800 to 1500 cows 3x until late the middle of June 2011. Currently in storage

Dairy continues to grow. Changing to a DeLaval dbl. 40 Parallel in the same building, Most of the support equipment remains on the dairy and will be replaced with new equipment.for this parlor.

Entire parlor bought new today from DeLaval/Germania would cost about $240,000 delivered and installed.

Delivery

Removal of parlor will take one week. Remanufacturing about 6 weeks. Installing it at your place and reconnecting all lines, plus installing the vacuum system, compressed air system, crowd gate and CIP Receiver Group - about twelve to fourteen working days.

Delivery also depends on other projects ahead of yours in the production schedule.

Width - 30 to 32 ft which is plenty wide for Rapid Exit HerringBones (Parallels need 40 ft)

Length - 45 ft plus the width of the Breezeway

Height - 10ft

Modularized Parlor

Parlor will be Modularized, delivered and installed on your prepared cow platforms in about 14 working days. Installation Labor included in price.

Freight to a location anywhere in the upper Mid-West included.
